A New Digital Platform for The Home Depot’s Retail Media Network

The Ask

Over the past four years, Orange Apron Media has grown into a powerful retail media network offering innovative marketing solutions and unmatched support for brand partners. As the network expanded, Orange Apron Media needed a digital destination that reflected its sophistication, organized campaign resources and guided advertisers through The Home Depot’s media ecosystem.

Porchlight was engaged to lead the strategy, design and development of a new website that would elevate Orange Apron Media’s digital presence, streamline user engagement and bring the network’s bold identity to life. The goal was to create a platform that clearly communicated Orange Apron Media’s value, capabilities and leadership within retail media.

The Work

In collaboration with the agency Trade School, Porchlight designed and developed a comprehensive web experience that launched in tandem with InFronts 2025. From discovery to launch, the project brought together digital strategy, user experience design and content development to position Orange Apron Media as a leader in the retail media landscape. Key initiatives included:

  • Discovery and Research Conducted competitor analysis, stakeholder interviews and UX planning to inform structure, navigation and content hierarchy
  • Creative Brief and Strategic Alignment Developed a detailed creative brief and scope to align all internal and external teams around shared goals
  • Website Design and Development Designed six custom page templates for a 30+ page website combining clean visuals, purposeful navigation and a modern layout

  • Visual and Interactive Design Integrated client-supplied photography and video with interactive elements to bring energy and motion to the experience
  • SEO and Optimization Edited and optimized copy to improve discoverability and search performance
  • Responsive Design and CMS Build Developed a WordPress site with custom CSS to ensure seamless performance across all devices and browsers
